- To promote & facilitate the study, research and propagation of Buddhist teachings in the Pāli tradition.
- To offer short, medium and long-term courses up to Diploma level to the public.
- To establish and maintain a Learning Resource Centre as a referral centre for Buddhist & Pāli studies and research.
