Squeals of laughter filled the air as the little ones, no more than 12 years old, gingerly held a milk bottle to a cute looking calf which stood at almost their own height! The 44 young participants aged 10 to 12 were learning hands-on to care for animals and the surrounding environment, during an outing to the Animal Farm, one of the highlights of the 3-day Children’s Learning Camp.
Held mainly at Nalanda Centre, the Mandarin camp themed “善苗萌心田” had the young participants enjoying much fun as they learn about wholesome values and getting to practise them too, through experiential activities.
Post-camp feedback was exhilarating as the inspired young ones were game for another round of wholesome goodness come the next camp!
