We remember the victims of MH17 and their loved ones.  May they be free from pain and anguish.

2014 was the worst year in the history of Malaysian aviation, when two Boeing 777 airliners belonging to Malaysia Airlines were lost – MH370 vanished mysteriously over the Indian Ocean on 8 March 2014; and MH17 was struck by a missile over Ukraine on 17 July 2014.  The two incidents resulted in a combined loss of 537 lives.

To the families and loved ones of all the victims, such anniversaries only serve to evoke deeper pain and anguish which they experience daily.  Let us spare some time to radiate loving-kindness towards them, and to remember the casualties of the twin tragedies.  May the fallen ones rest in Peace.
