On 12 – 13 July, 34 participants attended the fifth and sixth sessions of the Mandarin Buddhist Course conducted by Bro. Aggaphala Yap at NEO Centre Johor Bahru.  Bro. Aggaphala, who is a professional counsellor with experience in community counseling, spoke on the subject of “Kamma and Rebirth”.

He explained the fundamental understanding on Kamma according to the Pāli Scriptures, and the contributing factors to the consequences of actions (vipaka), giving clarity to the often misinterpreted subject.  At the end of the two lectures, participants gained much understanding and benefit from the lively discussions.
