Part of the ‘Mangala Squad’ in action – providing service with joy!

Over the last few days, the fantastic ‘Mangala Squad’ comprising Nalandians from Kedah, Serdang and Kuala Lumpur congregated at NEO Centre Sungai Petani for a big cleaning exercise.  The Centre is almost completed with just some furniture and equipment to be installed.

Nalandians from KL and Selangor camped for days in Sungai Petani to join the clean-up.  With a full complement of tools, they also fixed up many shelves, bathroom accessories and decorative items. Everyone enjoyed worked seamlessly together from morning to evening with the occasional bursts of laughter!

We thank the spirited ‘Mangala Squad’, known for its members’ energy, unity and efficiency, for helping to get NEO Centre Sungai Petani ready for its officiating ceremony next week.  Truly, ‘Service’ is one of the 8 Core Values for a Nalandian.  Sadhu anumodana!
