Nalanda’s Board of Management had its first meeting in 2016 earlier today.

Nalanda Centre is looking forward to welcoming devotees to join the first ‘Service Sunday’ of 2016.  A large congregation of students and their parents is expected tomorrow due to increased intakes for Nalanda Dhamma School and Junior Dhamma School this year.

Earlier today, various departments and units had meetings at the Centre to discuss preparations for tomorrow’s activities.  Nalandians feels energized after the recent Members’ Convention and are enthused to serve the community.

Tomorrow’s programme begins at 9 am, with special New Year blessings, a Dhamma talk by Ven. Bhikkhuni Sumangala, followed by lunch offering.  Nalanda Dhamma School will have its student orientation; whereas the Youth Centre will host their own Induction Programme.

We invite everyone to join us at Nalanda Centre tomorrow morning for a spirited and spiritual start to the year.  All are welcome!
