We thank The Star for reporting on the successful Family Fun Fair 2016 in Sri Serdang.

Malaysia’s leading English daily The Star today reported on the Nalanda ‘Family Fun Fair’ held on 31 July 2016.  The event aimed to raise funds for the proposed “K. Sri Dhammananda Centre” in Sri Serdang – which is a new facility dedicated to Buddhist education.

The Star reported the large turnout at the ‘Fun Fair’ and the reason so many people traveled great distances just to support it.  To know why, there were candid interviews with volunteers Tan Tek Keong from Kelantan and Pollyn Sim from Singapore.
