The Kedah team attended the Saturday workshop and Sunday Service with Bro Tan.

A team of 8 Nalandians from Kedah travelled to Nalanda Centre Sri Serdang on 20 – 21 January to attend the 3rd annual Nalanda Education Workshop (N.E.W.).  The one-day workshop provided much clarity on the philosophy and direction of Buddhist education, as well as strategies to promote ‘deep learning’.

The Kedah team also took the opportunity to meet with founder Bro. Tan, who inspired and encouraged us to establish a Dhamma School at NEO Centre Sungai Petani by the middle of this year.  We thank the Nalanda Education Team in Serdang for organising this wonderful workshop for our great benefit!  Sadhu.
