“Happy Young Adults” programme

We wish the earnest and young learners fruitful and reflective sessions.

From 19 July, Nalanda youths have been gathering for the first “Happy Young Adults” programme at Nalanda Book Café Community Centre.  The weekly gatherings address common challenges faced by young working adults, and how they can resolve them in accordance with Dhamma.

In the past 3 weeks, the young working adults explored how they can achieve well-being at work and instil skilful habits.  They have also had opportunities to learn about and reflect on their mental states to cultivate more clarity and avoid pitfalls which can hinder their progress in their career and spiritual goals.
