We thank YB Yeo and her team for visiting us on Buddha Day.

On Wesak ‘Buddha Day’, Nalanda received a visit by Yang Berhormat, Puan Yeo Bee Yin, Member of Parliament for Puchong, which covers Sri Serdang where Nalanda Centre is located.  Accompanying her were Majlis Bandaraya Subang Jaya councillors Mr. Mohan Singh and Mr. Wong Yii Seang.

Upon arrival, YB Yeo Bee Yin was warmly welcomed by Nalanda President Sis. Buddhini Tan, Deputy President Bro. Charlie Teng, and Society leaders.  She was briefed on Nalanda’s holistic education mission, outreach programmes and community service projects organised by Nalanda.  She was impressed by the selfless volunteerism spirit and nationwide impact that the Nalanda community has made over the last two decades.
