Thank you to all spiritual teachers, members, donors, volunteers and supporters. Happy 20th Anniversary! May all beings be well and happy.
On Monday 1 May, Nalanda members, volunteers and devotees marked the milestone 20th Anniversary of the Society together at Nalanda Centre. In this gathering of good spiritual friends, everyone rejoiced in the progress and impact of the Society’s programmes over the years, borne of the strong missionary spirit which unites us.
As we forge forward in our mission to continue providing holistic educational opportunities, a refresh in management and education leadership roles were effected. Achariya Tan Siang Chye is appointed as the Chairman of Nalanda Education Committee, which oversees all of Nalanda’s educational divisions, and the incumbent Achariya S. Vijaya will now be Chairman Emeritus. Nalanda Dhammaduta College will be led by Bro. Ānanda Fong.

Our deepest gratitude goes out to all past and present leaders, spiritual guides, founding members, supporters and benefactors who have helped Nalanda in many ways to deliver on our educational mission in these past 20 years. With renewed and high spirits, may we never give up, but advance and move forward – “Ma Nivatta, abhikkama”. May the Buddha-Sāsana long endure!
