This weekend is packed with wholesome programmes and events at Nalanda. At this moment, members and volunteers are receiving Sangha members from across Malaysia, and will be hosting them over the weekend as they attend a training event in Kuala Lumpur. At the same time, volunteers are currently hosting a retreat organised by Buddha-Dhamma Foundation Singapore and led by Ven. Luang Por Viradhammo at Wisdom Park.
Tomorrow morning, Saturday 7 December, Nalanda Kuala Lumpur Branch will hold the monthly Pindacāra at the O.U.G and Happy Garden markets at 8.30am & 9.30am, followed by lunch dana at NEO Centre KL. In the evening at 8pm, Nalanda Free School will hold their annual Appreciation Night at K. Sri Dhammananda Centre to thank all teachers and volunteers, and to recognise the efforts of the students.
On Sunday 8 December, the congregation will gather for the Sunday Morning Service which features a Dhamma talk by Sis. Paruadi Ramasamy on ‘Making Aspirations’, an apt topic to explore as the new year nears. We wish all members and volunteers a happy and fruitful service this weekend, and may your efforts bring you much joy and rejoice. All are welcome to join the programme at Nalanda Centre. Sadhu!
