Gratitude to the community at Dhamma School Honours Day

A night of gratitude, appreciation and joy.

Last Sunday 29 December 2024, Nalanda leaders, Dhamma School facilitators, volunteers, students, and their families gathered at Nalanda Centre for the heartfelt annual “Appreciation & Honours Day”. One of the most significant events in School’s calendar, this meaningful occasion offered everyone the opportunity to reflect on their journey throughout the year and rejoice in their commitment to learning.

Reflecting on a fruitful year for students and facilitators alike, Director of Nalanda Dhamma School Sis. See Hui Shien, thanked parents, Nalanda leaders and community for their unwavering support and trust over the years. Student representatives shared reflections of their Dhamma learning journey, expressing their appreciation on behalf of all students to their facilitators for their care and tireless guidance.

Over the last two decades, the School and its facilitators have been unrelenting in educating the younger generation of Buddhists. We express our deepest gratitude to all the facilitators and volunteers past and present, for their unwavering dedication to this critical education mission.
