We warmly invite you to our weekly group meditation on Wednesday, 7 May, where we will come together as spiritual friends to cultivate mindfulness and inner peace. Meditation session begins at 8.30pm, follow by a Dhamma sharing by Sis. Santi Cheang on dealing with distractions during our meditation. Meditation guidance will be provided for beginners.
