This morning at 9.32am, two helicopters collided mid-air during a rehearsal for upcoming 90th Naval Day celebration, resulting in the loss of ten lives. The collision occurred at the TLDM stadium within the Lumut naval base in the state of Perak. Regrettably, all victims were pronounced dead on site and were subsequently transported to the Lumut army base hospital for identification.

Read moreTo commemorate Earth Day at Nalanda Centre, join us this Sunday to upkeep our surrounding neighbourhood and “Taman Sari Nandanavana”, a community gardening initiative started in 2009 to green and beautify our environment. Through the years, volunteers have planted trees and flowering shrubs in this ‘garden of joyful delight’, enhancing the surroundings of Nalanda Centre and K. Sri Dhammananda Centre.
