Nalanda is publishing a book to pay tribute to the late Venerable Dhammavuddho, who passed away on 22 December 2019.  The 160-page book will be published in time for his 100th Day Memorial Service later this month.  The national-level Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, 21 March at the Sri Lanka Buddhist Temple in Sentul; and another service will be held on Sunday, 22 March at Nalanda Centre in Sri Serdang.

Venerable Dhammavuddho had been an inspiring Dhamma teacher to many Malaysian monks and lay Buddhists alike.  Through his diligent compilation and publication of Dhamma teachings, thousands of us had the opportunity to listen to the original, noble teachings of the Buddha.  This book chronicles his wholesome life as a messenger of Dhamma, whose contributions to Buddha-Sāsana continue to benefit us even after he is gone.
