In the past week, Nalanda members, youths and students have been working together to prepare for Nalanda Family Fun Fair, which is just a few weeks away on Sunday 13 August.  Particularly joyful is the preparation of ‘Care Bags’ and home-cooked meals for several welfare homes.

Over 450 care bags and meals donated by many well-wishes, have already made their way to homes including Pure Life Society, Victory of Children & Youth Home, Pusat Jagaan Beribuan Kasih and Pertubuhan Kebajikan Orang Tua Xiao Xin.  We rejoice in these deeds of kindness by donors, sponsors and volunteers to bring some cheer to those in need.  Visits to more homes are already being planned!

At the same time, the Fair’s Pre-sales have been on-going every Sunday at Nalanda Centre and NEO Centre KL.  We invite you to come and visit us to support the pre-sales which are held after the morning service, to support the efforts of our Dhamma School students and Nalanda Youth Centre.  Let us all come together to support holistic education.
