Just yesterday on Wednesday 31 July, children at two welfare homes in Kajang received care bags filled with goodies and daily use items.  Through the generosity of donors who supported the Family Fun Fair ‘Care Bag Project’, Nalanda members were able to pack and deliver these care bags along with cookies, groceries and toys to Pusat Jagaan Beribuan Kasih and Rumah Keluarga Kami.

Our hearts were warmed as we witness the faces of these children light up. These little treats may seem insignificant to some, but bring joy and care to those in need.  In return for these kind gifts, the children and caretakers expressed their gratitude to the many benefactors.

Likewise, we extend our appreciation to our supporters as well.  To date, over 300 care bags have been personally distributed and even more groceries & daily use items have been given to welfare homes to benefit more than 770 people.  Let us continue to spread care however we can.  Sadhu anumodana.
