On Sunday 4 August, after the Volunteer Appreciation programme, youths and Dhamma School students joined the distribution of more than 170 Care bags to four homes – Rumah Victory Children and Youth Home, Rumah Charis, Persatuan Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Istimewa Insan (PKKII) and Home of Peace.

With just weeks of planning after Wesak, the youths set up 18 stalls, an exhibition to reach out to the community and also drive green initiatives through the Recycling Team.

Through the generosity of donors who supported the Family Fun Fair ‘Care Bag Project’, Nalanda members were able to pack and deliver these care bags along with cookies, groceries and toys to Pusat Jagaan Beribuan Kasih and Rumah Keluarga Kami.
