On Saturday 21 June, the Buddhist Community Alliance* (BCA) organized a “People Engagement Workshop” – the third in a series of such workshops for Buddhist community leaders. The workshop was held at Kinrara Metta Buddhist Society (KMBS) in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong. Its objective was to establish a protocol and system of “People Engagement” for gradual adoption. A handbook on “People Engagement” will be published as a guide for implementing it in the respective participating organisations.

Ayya used the ongoing renovations at Nalanda Centre as an analogy for one’s spiritual journey. Read moreIt has been a month since work started on the Nalanda Centre Expansion Project. We are happy to report that renovation is progressing smoothly and steadily. Demolition work is 100% finished, and our spirited workers are now casting the subterranean water tank and higher-level floor slabs. Once completed, the expanded Nalanda Centre will be able to cater to 8,400 users a month comprising adult practitioners, students coming for Dhamma Studies, undergraduates, youths, and children.
