From 9 to 11 December, Nalanda members from all over Malaysia will congregate at Wisdom Park for the 9th National Members’ Convention. The 3-day convention will discuss issues pertaining to Dhamma-learning, practice and our education mission. Fondly known as ‘Bhante G’, Ven. Gunaratana left Sri Lanka as a young monk equipped with a missionary spirit to propagate Dhamma in India, Malaysia and the United States of America.

Ajahn was introduced to the educational campus, its objectives and programmes carried out for the community, to which he rejoiced and encouraged us to continue providing these opportunities for Buddhists not to only learn Dhamma, but to cultivate continuous mindfulness in order to purify the mind.
