We invite you to join in the commemoration programme for the late Ven. Walpola Rahula this Sunday.

This coming Sunday 19 April, Nalanda Buddhist Society respectfully commemorates the good work of a renowned Buddhist scholar – the late Venerable Dr. Walpola Rahula of Sri Lanka.  The late Ven. Rahula Nayaka Thero had contributed immensely to the understanding and propagation of Dhamma through his publications and lectures.

Through this Commemoration Programme, Pustaka Nalanda aims to introduce such an inspiring Dhamma teacher to the Malaysian Buddhist community.  Let us come together to honour the late Ven. Rahula and be inspired by his noble Dhammaduta qualities as well as outstanding scholarly work.  All are welcome!
