Bro.Tan explaining about Buddhist Observance Days - what they are and how they are celebrated.

Following the inspiring first Nalanda Sungai Petani Branch Members’ Day last month, the 2nd such training session was held on Saturday, 26 April in Gurun, Kedah.  Founder Bro. Tan spoke about “Observance Days” – what they are and why they are celebrated.  Among the three important annual Observance Days are ‘Buddha Day’ (Wesak Full-moon), ‘Dhamma Day’ (Asalha Full-moon), and ‘Sangha Day’.

It was a delightful and enjoyable session with lots of laughter and insightful discussions.  By now, all members are looking forward to subsequent monthly gatherings, where everyone can be enriched with Dhamma-learning and spiritual kinship.  Sadhu anumodana!

The monthly session is full of humour and laughter. Learning Dhamma is never dry or boring!
