On 3 January, Nalanda Education Outreach (NEO) Centre in Kuala Lumpur held its first Junior Dhamma School session for this year.  The session began with chanting and meditation for the students to compose their minds.  This was followed by a welcoming speech and short Dhamma sharing by School Coordinator Sis. Sadhika.

Afterwards, there were games such as ‘musical chairs’ and the ‘blanket name’ to break the ice and for everyone to get better acquainted with each other.  The facilitators were delighted that the children were participating enthusiastically in the activities.

It was wonderful to see many more children joining Dhamma School this year; and even more heartening to see their parents and siblings accompanying them to give their moral support.  We thank the facilitators and parents for their support and wish the children the very best in learning at Nalanda.  Sadhu!
