Dhamma Talk by Ajahn Kalyano at Sungai Petani

We are honoured to host Ven. Ajahn Kalyano, for a Dhamma talk at Nalanda Education & Outeach Centre Sungai Petani, at 7.30pm Tuesday 11 July.  Ajahn Kalyano was born in London. His deep interest in Buddhism brought him to Thailand after completing his studies at Bristol University.  Ajahn Kalyano received ordination in the forest tradition of Ajahn Chah in 1985 and trained for many years under Ajahn Anan.  In 2000, Ajahn Kalyano was invited to establish the forest tradition in Australia where he is now the Abbot of Buddha Bodhivana Monastery in East Warburton, Victoria.

We invite you and your loved ones to join us at 7.30pm on 11 July to learn from Ajahn, and also to join the offering of meal dāna the next day on 12 July at 7.00am.  You may bring cooked vegetarian food and fruits to offer.  All are welcome.
