We warmly invite you to our weekly group meditation on Wednesday, 30 April, where we will come together as spiritual friends to cultivate mindfulness and inner peace. Meditation session begins at 8.30pm, follow by a Dhamma sharing by Sis. Sandy Lim to continue exploring on how we can dealing with problems we encounter during our meditation. Meditation guidance will be provided for beginners.
