Join us every Thursday for the weekly group meditation practice at Nalanda Education and Outreach Centre, in Happy Garden.  The session is conducted in Mandarin and includes a Dhamma discussion after the sitting.  Meditation guidance will be provided to beginners.  All are welcome!
