The monthly alms-round intends to educate the public on proper ways and means to support the Buddhist monastic community, as well as appreciate their significance.

On Saturday 6 January, Nalanda will be organising our first monthly educational Pindacāra (monks going on alms-round) of 2018 at Taman O.U.G. and Happy Garden markets.  The day’s programme will begin at 7.30am with morning chanting at NEO Centre Kuala Lumpur in Happy Garden, followed by the alms-round starting 8.30am in Taman O.U.G.
