First ‘Samaggi’ Day at NEO Centre Johor Bahru

On Sunday 28 June, Nalandians came together at NEO Centre Johor Bahru in their uniforms (white top and sarong) to observe their first ‘Samaggi’ Day which is on the last Sunday of every month.  The meaning of ‘Samaggi’ is unity and harmony.

In conjunction with ‘Samaggi’ day, the third Parents’ Induction Programme was conducted to encourage continuous learning for onward spiritual development.  Deputy Chairperson Sis. Angie Ng led a sharing and discussion session with the parents.

Practicing with effort and understanding on the theme of the ‘Gimhāna’ Retreat, “Being a Good Practitioner and Good Friend”, may we grow gradually and sturdily in our spiritual progress to benefit oneself and the community.  Sadhu!
