On Sunday 3 August, 42 members from Shah Alam Buddhist Society (SABS) and its Dhamma School made a half-day visit to Nalanda Centre.  They were warmly welcomed by Nalandians, and joyfully participated in our Service Sunday with a talk by Dr. Phang Cheng Kar.  At the same time, the SABS Dhamma School students joined Nalandian teenagers for group activities organised by Nalanda Dharma School (NDS).

After the morning Service and Dhamma School programmes, our visiting friends were given a tour of Nalanda Centre, followed by communal lunch.  A dialogue between NDS and SABS Dhamma School teachers and students were also held to promote better understanding of Buddhist Education.

We thank our friends from Shah Alam Buddhist Society for visiting Nalanda.  This visit has built closer rapport and strengthened the friendship between SABS members and Nalandians.  We look forward to seeing you again soon!
