In the annual Nalanda Gimhāna Retreat, Nalandians are encouraged to maintain the momentum of our spiritual experience during Buddha Day celebrations by deepening our understanding and cultivation of Dhamma. This self-retreat is also a time for us to progressively know ourselves better by developing mindfulness and purifying our minds to achieve clarity, compassion and wisdom.
Watch this video to learn more about this seven-week retreat which starts today and culminates on Asalha Full-moon Day, known as ‘Dhamma Day’. We welcome you to join this retreat by finding out more about the Five Daily Practices at https://gimhana.nalanda.org.my/.
