On Saturday 5 March, Nalanda Institute Malaysia welcomed about 50 participants to its new course, BPS 201 Intermediate-level Buddhist Studies in Mandarin.  The participants consisted mainly of students who had successfully completed last year’s BPS 101 – Basic Buddhist Studies.

The first session of the course was on ‘Recollection of the Three Jewels’.  It was conducted by Sis. Sandy Lim.  Following the lecture, participants formed small discussion groups to have a better understanding of the topic. A representative from each group then presented a short summary of his group’s discussion.  We thank Sis. Sandy for a great start to the new 8-session course.  Sadhu anumodana.
