Happiness and Fulfillment at the Fun Fair

The Dharma School students donned their lion dance costume and happily pranced around the Fair.

It has been more than a week since Nalanda’s ‘Family Fun Fair’ was held on 24 August; yet the joy and satisfaction lingers on for the organisers and volunteers.  We owe it to the tireless and selfless contribution by everyone involved in the event, and all sponsors, benefactors, and patrons who came from near and far to support this worthy cause.

The heavy downpour towards the end of the Fair did not douse our ‘fun’ at all.  In fact, it only brought out the best of Nalandian spirit and genuine camaraderie!  Fortunately for us, our observant volunteer photographers captured some iconic moments of the ‘Fun Fair’ for perpetuity.

The downpour did not dampen the joy but rather brought out the best of Nalandian spirit!

Ferrying everyone safely across the 'flood'.
