‘Happy Young Adults’ reflect on growth

‘Happy Young Adults’ reflect on growth

In the past two weeks, participants of the ‘Happy Young Adults’ programme have been learning and reflecting on their journey at work and in life with Bro. Lee Kong Foo, a Nalanda leader and a senior manager in a multinational corporation.  Sharing his insights and personal experiences, the participants learned more about achieving success with purpose and satisfaction.

To achieve well-being whether at work or socially, we should adopt a growth mindset.  This means we develop an attitude of learning and change our perspective from one of complaint to one with zeal to improve and advance.  This not only builds our competencies, but also strengthens relationships and shapes a wholesome character.

Bro. Kong Foo led the students to reflect deeper into their ambitions.

Bro. Khoo hosted the session at Nalanda Community Centre.

Taking time to consider what they would like to shape their future to be.

The young adults also reflected on their ambition, from a holistic perspective so that they have  clarity on what they want to aspire for in the medium and long term, and work towards it.  We extend our appreciation to Bro. Kong Foo for his sharing and guidance, and also wish the participants fruitful learning in the sessions to come.  Sadhu.
