Harmonious and Memorable Wesak 2013
The Wesak Programme at Nalanda began with a Lighting of Lamp on Thursday, 23 May. Thence began a series of wholesome and meaningful programmes, including Dhamma talks, Pindacāra (monks going on alms-round), a Mass Taking Refuge Ceremony, and the highlight on Wesak night – the Heritage Procession.
For those who would like to participate in this year’s Wesak Observance, it’s not too late! Come and join us for puja, chanting and a Mandarin Dhamma Talk tomorrow morning (Sunday, 26 May) at 9am in Taman Sri Serdang! The Buddha Jayanti Photograph Exhibition is also being held at Level 4, Nalanda Centre for all to view and be inspired by. All are welcome!
