From 7 to 11 August, Nalanda hosted the DAYWA Meditation Retreat conducted by Sis Sylvia Bay and Bro. Ong Chye Chye. Organised by Dhamma Assembly for Young Working Adults (DAYWA), over 50 youths relished the opportunity to enhance their understanding of the Dhamma path and meditation.
We rejoice over the efforts of all spiritual guides, the organising team, participants and volunteers who have all been enablers in making this retreat a fruitful programme. May your good deeds and merits support your noble journey along the Noble Eightfold Path. Sadhu anumodana.
The programme started with chanting and observing the 8 precepts.
