10 May was a pivotal milestone for NEO Centre Johor Bahru.  After 2 months of renovation, the Centre was finally ready to host its Buddharupam in the Shrine Hall.  Members and devotees of Nalanda JB respectfully welcomed the Buddharupam to the Centre in a simple yet meaningful ceremony led by Bro. Tan.  It was also the New-moon Uposatha Day marking the start of Vesakha (Wesak) month.  Hence, the installation of the Buddharupam on that day was most timely and appropriate.

On this joyous occasion, we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to all who have laboured for the establishment of NEO Centre Johor Bahru.  We also look forward to everyone’s continuous support and assistance to further develop the facility into a centre of Buddhist learning, culture and propagation.  Sadhu anumodana!
