31 August 2023 marks 17 years since the passing away of Venerable Dr. Kirinde Sri Dhammananda Nāyaka Thero.  The influence and impact of Venerable Dhammananda’s lifetime work to build and nourish the growth of the Theravāda Buddhist community in Malaysia, continues to be felt by the community today.

We invite you to join us to pay tribute to the late Ven. Dhammananda in a Memorial Day service on Thursday 31 August from 9am at Nalanda Centre.  There will also be an offering of lunch dana to Sangha members after the service.  All are welcome!
