On Saturday 1 April, Nalanda leaders led by President Sis. Buddhinī, went on a leadership exchange visit to Dharma Drum Mountain Buddhist Centre Malaysia 法鼓山马来西亚道场 at their premises in Petaling Jaya. Greeted warmly by Ven. Chang Zao (常藻法师), and leaders of the Society, the group was brought on a tour around the Centre which caters to meditation, training and learning programmes.
The group took the opportunity to engage in deeper discussions about the various ways and challenges in propagating Dhamma. In her sharing, Ven. Chang Zao said that volunteers and devotees alike are encouraged to practise Dhamma in their daily lives, and support each other in cultivating mindfulness. Through time, they gain a better understanding of themselves and also a keenness to develop themselves through service.
We thank Ven. Chang Zao and her team for their kind hospitality and sharing. We are heartened by their admirable efforts to bring the noble Teachings of the Buddha to more people through meaningful programmes and community support. Sadhu anumodāna.
