The "Mass Food Offering" will be held on Wesak Buddha Day, 13 May 2014.

A “Mass Food Offering” for the public will be held on Wesak ‘Buddha Day’, 13 May, from 12.00pm to 1.30pm at NEO Centre Johor Bahru, and from 5.30pm to 6.30pm at Nalanda Centre Sri Serdang.  Every year, kind-hearted devotees prepare food to share and serve the public out of generosity and humility.  Everyone who comes will be served with respect and loving-kindness.

We rejoice in knowing that many devotees are contributing to this meritorious deed yearly! Sharing blessings and working together in harmony, this “mass food offering” is also a wonderful opportunity to cultivate ourselves spiritually.

At dusk around 7pm, come experience the truly unique and inspiring ‘Dhamma Appreciation Night’ programme. The highlight of the evening is the ‘Heritage Procession’, followed by ‘Dhamma through Drama’ performance by the Nalanda Dharma School students.
