Sis. See Hui Shien welcoming and briefing the parents of students of Nalanda Dhamma School during the Parents Induction Programme.
On Sunday, 16 February, new parents of Nalanda Dhamma School students attended the first session of the Parents Induction Programme (PIP) at Nalanda Centre, Sri Serdang. Sis. See Hui Shien, Director of Nalanda Dhamma School, welcomed them warmly and introduced the Buddhist spiritual path, highlighting how education and cultivation can bring about personal and family transformation.
This specially designed five-session programme supports parents in nurturing their own and their families’ Dhamma learning and practice. Parents will also have the opportunity to learn more about Buddhist parenting approaches and gain better understanding of the spiritual path.

We rejoice in the parents’ commitment to learning and growing alongside their children and wish them joy and fulfilment on this meaningful journey. We invite the parents to continue with the second session on Sunday, 23 February. The session will begin at 9am with meditation, offerings, and chanting, followed by a sharing by Sis. Joanne Tan on Reverence and Faith in the Three Jewels. We look forward to another meaningful Sunday together!
