With support of good spiritual friends, let us progress together on the mission of holistic education.

On Sunday 21 August, Nalanda Sri Serdang members gathered for Members’ Day for updates on the Society’s progress and upcoming plans.  It was a joyous start as new members were welcomed, all of whom have been serving in various capacities as core volunteers and are committed to Nalanda’s education mission.

President Sis. Buddhinī Tan addressed the members to reiterate the Society’s direction and plans for the coming year.  She also announced the appointment of officers who have stepped up to take on new responsibilities to lead the community in greater capacities.

Every Members’ Day meeting commences with meditation and chanting.

After a warm welcome, Sis. Buddhini and Sis. Santi presented the Society’s Rule & Constitution to the new members.

Members expressed their wholehearted support for the Society’s direction.

We take this opportunity to congratulate our kalyana mittas on their appointments and wish them every success in their wholesome service.  Let us, as a Dhamma community, do our part for the prolongation of the Buddha-Sāsana together.  Sadhu anumodana.

The Wisdom Park Executive Committee (EXCO) was formally appointed, consisting of seven members, and will be led by Sis. Nandini Tan.

Sis. Nandini shared updates on preparatory works at Wisdom Park for its intended use.

Members rejoiced on receiving updates on the redevelopment and news of the near-completion of NEO Centre Kuala Lumpur by Bro. Ng Eek Chon.

Members celebrated the birthdays of good friends born in August, wishing them well and success in their Dhamma path.
