On Saturday 28 February, Nalanda Buddhist Society Kuala Lumpur Branch successfully held its 2nd Annual General Meeting.  The meeting was also attended by Nalanda’s Honorary Secretary Sis. Buddhini Tan, Assistant Secretary Sis. Mudita Chan, and Bro. Charlie Teng, representing the Board of Management.

Branch Chairman, Bro. Eugene Yong, thanked all members for their participation and support towards the programmes throughout the year.  He encouraged the team to continue serving the community harmoniously.

The general meeting proceeded smoothly, and members appointed Sis. Rita Wong as the new Branch Auditor, while Bro. Michael Chee remains as the Branch Auditor for another term.  Sis. Buddhini advised branch members to continuously learn and improve ourselves, while at the same time, promoting Dhamma to the community.
