As 2016 draws to a close, let us take this opportunity to reflect, express gratitude, and radiate loving-kindness to the whole world. We invite you to come with your family and friends to ‘calm down’ to the New Year at Nalanda Centre on Saturday, 31 December. We shall be having the traditional meditation, chanting and blessings from 11pm to 12am on New Year’s Eve to welcome 2017.
Besides, you are also welcome to participate in the following two programmes to tie over the New Year:
Every year, Nalanda Dhamma School observes its “Appreciation & Honours Day” on 31 December. Facilitators, students and parents come together to express their gratitude and appreciation for the dedication and commitment to learn the Dhamma, and to celebrate the contributions and progress made by students. Come join in this special celebration of Buddhist education.
The Sunday morning programme include meditation, offerings to the Three Jewels, and chanting to confidently welcome the New Year on its first day. Greet 2017 with wholesome thoughts and deeds together with spiritual friends at Nalanda Centre. All are welcome.
