Read moreNalanda Institute Malaysia is offering BPS 104, a basic Buddhist Studies course in Mandarin which introduces Dhamma learning in a structured and systematic way. The course consists of seven classes and will be held at new Nalanda Education and Outreach Centre, Happy Garden on Saturdays from 2.30pm to 5.30pm, from 25 February 2023. There will also be a 2-day 1-night experiential programme in May.

Nearly half a million cubic metres of soil swept from the edge of the Batang Kali-Genting Highlands trunk in the early morning of Friday 16 December, after the incessant rains. Of the 94 people believed to be caught in the landslide, 61 are now safe while 12 are still missing.
