The Nalanda Secretariat has issued a notice on 30 December 2012, calling for an Extraordinary General Meeting of Nalanda members.

Notice is hereby given that the Management Committee has called for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for members of Nalanda Buddhist Society Malaysia, to be held on Sunday, 13 January 2013, at 1.00pm.

All registered members of Nalanda Buddhist Society Malaysia are invited to attend the EGM on the stated date, to be held at Nalanda Centre, 3357, Jalan 18/31, Taman Sri Serdang, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

This EGM is called to discuss and approve amendments to the Rule & Constitution of the Society to allow for the establishment of Nalanda branches in other parts of Malaysia.  Copies of the notice, EGM Agenda, and the proposed amended copy of the Rule & Constitution have been e-mailed to all members.  Should you need a hard-copy, kindly request it from the Management Office.
