Nalanda Dharma School facilitators and students are currently busy repairing, repainting and preparing Nalanda House to welcome the new school year in January 2013. Starting today and over the weekend, they are hard at work to ensure a conducive and welcoming environment for facilitators and students alike to learn the Dhamma.
The Dharma School will also celebrate the end of another successful school year in 2012 on 31 December, traditionally the ‘School Honours Day’. Teachers, students and their parents will gather at Nalanda Centre to appreciate the progress achieved by the School and its students. Medals, honours and certificates will be given out to everyone who has made significant progress and put in right effort in their learning and practice of Dhamma.
However, the School Honours Day is not only limited to the Nalanda Dharma School community. The public is welcome to participate in this event starting in the evening and continuing with the New Year’s Eve midnight puja for world peace and joy. All are welcome!
