Sanghika Dana at Serdang Buddhist Association

Sanghika Dana at Serdang Buddhist Association

We rejoice in the wholesome effort to support the Sangha community.

On Monday 16 September, Nalanda representatives, led by President Sis. Buddhinī Tan, participated in the ‘Sanghika Dana’ organised by Serdang Buddhist Association in Seri Kembangan.  This meaningful event has been held annually for the past decade to honour the dedication and efforts of both past and present Sangha members in upholding the Buddha Sāsana.  In the presence of over 100 venerable monks and nuns, the Buddhist community made offerings to the Maha Sangha, with hearts full of joy and gratitude.

We extend our appreciation to Serdang Buddhist Association for their efforts in organising this meritorious programme, and wish them continued success in their Dhamma propagation. Sadhu anumodana.

Sangha members from various traditions were present, symbolising peace and unity.

Some monks even travelled from far to participate in this meritorious event.

Thank you for sharing this wholesome opportunity to do good!
