Service Sunday with Sis. Sunanda

Service Sunday with Sis. Sunanda

Sis. Sunanda mentioned that faith plays a vital role in sustaining our spiritual practice.

On Sunday 1 February, devotees gathered for the weekly Service Sunday at Nalanda Centre Sri Serdang.  The session was conducted by the Director of Nalanda Dharma School, Sis. Sunanda.

The sharing started with an interesting experiment with two volunteers to ‘taste the Truth’.  By knowing the Dhamma, we appreciate its essence.  Sis. Sunanda also emphasised on the importance of faith, which plays a vital role in sustaining our spiritual practice.  She encouraged us to set clear goals and cultivate in order to achieve a balanced and integral growth imbued with reasoning, grace, and a sense of well-being in life.

Devotees felt a sense of purpose for striving as a practitioner.  We thank Sis. Sunanda for the inspiring sharing.  The session concluded joyfully with dedication of merits to all beings. Sadhu!
