It’s that time of year again, when thousands of students will be sitting for the SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) examination. To give moral support to Nalanda Dhamma School (NDS) students who are taking the examinations, NDS organised a get together on Saturday, 24 October to motivate and boost the confidence of the students, as well as foster the spirit of kalyana mitta among the officers, students and Nalanda Youth Centre members.

This is the fourth Dharma School operated by Nalanda, following the establishment of N.D.S. in 2005, the Junior School in Happy Garden, and the recently-opened teenagers school in Johor Bahru.

Following the opening of Nalanda Dharma School in Johor Bahru last weekend, the much-anticipated ‘Nalanda Junior Dharma School’ will commence classes this Sunday, 15 March at Nalanda House, Sri Serdang! The Junior School is specially catered for older children aged 10 to 12. They will be guided by experienced facilitators using practical and hands-on learning methods.

From 24 – 25 January, a team of 7 facilitators from Johor Bahru arrived at Nalanda Centre, Sri Serdang for a follow-up facilitators’ training programme. They were warmly welcomed and hosted by Nalanda Dharma School Director, Sis. Sunanda and the facilitators.
